The Finance Integration Team ensures that acquired businesses are seamlessly integrated into IET's financial framework. This means aligning processes, systems, and reporting, ensuring compliance, and creating a scalable operating model that supports growth and performance.

This role will be a major contributor to the Finance integration of Chart Industries into Baker Hughes and will be responsible for the coordination of projects within the function. The Finance function has a wide range of areas that need to be successfully integrated: Tax, Treasury, Controllership, Financial Planning & Analysis, Internal Audit, Financial Systems, and External Reporting. This role will ensure key milestones are prioritized and achieved through clear communication with the broader organization.
