Job description

Great things are happening in the Europe and Australia (EUAU) region. Each day, our 2,500-plus colleagues bring their passion to our offices, manufacturing sites, R&D center, and commercial/distributor markets across Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. We are energized by over 150 years of bringing people together with the food they love. With beloved brands Old El Paso, Häagen‑Dazs, Nature Valley, Betty Crocker, Fibre One, Latina Fresh and more, we are on a mission to become the undisputed growth leader in food for EUAU. In a world that’s ever‑changing, we look to stay ahead and seek people who share our love of food and are hungry to shape the future.

About the Job

We’re looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to partner with our EUAU & North Asia Supply Chain and Sourcing organisations, where finance plays a pivotal role in shaping strategy, unlocking value and driving smarter sourcing decisions.

This is a high‑impact role at the intersection of finance, supply chain and strategy. You’ll provide insight, challenge and partnership to help optimise sourcing strategies, strengthen value creation and improve cost performance across a complex international footprint. Alongside sourcing, you’ll also play a key role in broader supply chain initiatives, including inventory and logistics cost optimisation.

What your role is

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you’ll act as a trusted business partner within the Sourcing community, combining strong analytical capability with confident leadership and influence. You’ll drive performance by:

  • Partnering with sourcing and cross‑functional teams to shape strategy and improve outcomes across multiple categories and initiatives

  • Challenging and supporting teams to build a sustainable pipeline of cost savings, both short‑ and long‑term

  • Leading the modernisation of sourcing finance processes and tools, helping embed more strategic, insight‑led decision‑making

  • Playing a lead role in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for assigned sourcing categories and key supply chain initiatives

  • Monitoring performance against targets, identifying risks and opportunities, and translating insight into clear action plans

  • Providing high‑quality financial insights to support strategic decisions across the supply chain

  • Ensuring strong controls, compliance and governance, while continuously strengthening the overall controls environment

What you will bring to the team

You’re an experienced commercial finance professional with a strong track record of partnering cross‑functionally and influencing outcomes. You’re analytical, proactive and confident challenging constructively at all levels of the organisation. You bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a commercial finance role, ideally within FMCG or branded food

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across functions and geographies

  • A clear, concise communication style that turns data into insight

  • Confidence to challenge assumptions and support decisions with robust financial analysis

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with high attention to detail

  • High proficiency in Excel and practical experience with SAP

If you’re excited by the opportunity to sit at the intersection of finance, supply chain and strategy — and want to make a tangible impact across international markets — we’d love to hear from you.
