Role Summary

Senior Field Service Engineer (HVAC) – £40,000 - £50,000 (OTE 45,000-£55,000) + Training + Overtime + Company Benefits + Company Van. Sheffield – Travel UK wide. Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer with a background in HVAC looking for a varied mobile role within the commercial and industrial sector, offering ongoing training, skill development, and the opportunity to work across a diverse range of sites? Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for equipment installation, on‑site maintenance, fault finding, diagnostics, and customer training across a wide range of locations. This is a nationwide mobile position that may require occasional nights away from home, managed carefully to support a healthy work life balance. This is a Monday to Friday role with infrequent weekend overtime available. This role would suit a Field Service Engineer with strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a desire to continue developing within a supportive company offering long‑term progression.
