Role Summary

Senior Field Service Engineer (HVAC) – £40,000 - £50,000 (OTE 45,000-£55,000) + Training + Overtime + Company Benefits + Company Van. Sheffield – Travel UK wide. Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer with a background in HVAC looking for a varied mobile role within the commercial and industrial sector, offering ongoing training, skill development, and the opportunity to work across a diverse range of sites? They design, install and maintain high performance systems that protect critical products and processes. Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for equipment installation, on‑site maintenance, fault finding, diagnostics, and customer training across a wide range of locations. This is a nationwide mobile position that may require occasional nights away from home, managed carefully to support a healthy work life balance. This is a Monday to Friday role with infrequent weekend overtime available. This role would suit a Field Service Engineer with strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a desire to continue developing within a supportive company offering long‑term progression.

  • Installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment at customer sites
