Job summary

Moto Hospitality seeks a confident Senior Operations Excellence Coach to lead and develop a geographically dispersed team of coaches, working with Brand Leads and Operations teams to strengthen performance and deliver measurable improvements across all sites and brands.

You will drive operational audits, customer satisfaction, training compliance and leadership accreditation, while ensuring effective labour deployment, waste control and profitable sales with clear actions and sustained progress.

Qualifications

• Seasoned leader with proven ability to coach and develop dispersed teams.
• Experience aligning sites to brand standards and performance metrics.
• Strong data-driven mindset to identify trends and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a field-based team of Operations Excellence Coaches across a geographical area.
• Set clear priorities and focus activity on high-opportunity areas.
• Provide site visits, audits, and performance insights to drive compliance and improvement.
• Help site leaders improve standards, customer experience and commercial performance.
• Build relationships with Brand Leads and Operations leaders; translate priorities into actionable coaching.
• Use data to identify trends and opportunities; lead improvement campaigns and measure impact.
• Identify capability gaps and implement training and development solutions.
• Ensure ongoing coaching and accreditation; provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate significant safety, compliance and operational risks.
