Job summary

FMC Limited is seeking an Operational Excellence Coach to lead frontline transformations across EMEA from a remote/field-based home base. You will spend approximately 90% of your time on customer factory floors, coaching operators to maximise value from the connected workforce platform and delivering intensive 90-day deployment cycles across multiple sites.

Qualifications

Hands-on manufacturing leadership experience on the shop floor.
Proven Lean, Six Sigma, TPM or OpEx improvements with measurable gains.
Track record of overachievement and progression.
Ability to challenge executives and inspire frontline teams.
Willingness to travel ~90% across EMEA (42+ weeks/year).
Fully fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on onsite deployments across multiple plants in 90-day cycles.
Coach operators, supervisors and plant leadership to adopt Lean and maximize platform value.
Run Kaizen events and continuous improvement rituals grounded in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM and OpEx frameworks.
Partner with leadership to drive productivity and OEE gains.
Build trusted relationships from production line to senior leadership.
