Job summary

BM Caterers is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee a portfolio of sites in the UK, shaping performance, service standards and client experience. You will coach General Managers, drive financial performance, manage budgets and foster a culture of excellence across multiple locations while upholding health and safety and company values.

You'll mentor teams, build strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities and lead mobilisation and major projects when required,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior operational role within hospitality or contract catering.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites or complex operations.
• A confident, engaging and supportive leadership style.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness.
• Excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills.
• A passion for food, service and developing great teams.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
• The ability to work across multiple locations and balance changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the operational performance of a portfolio of sites.
• Coach, develop and support General Managers and their teams.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Drive consistently high standards of food, service and customer experience.
• Monitor budgets, cost controls and overall financial performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, innovation and ways of working.
• Support mobilisation and operational projects as required.
• Ensure compliance, health and safety and company standards are maintained.
• Bring BM Caterers culture and energy to life across sites.
