Job summary

FMC Limited is seeking an Operational Excellence Coach for a remote/field-based role across the UK and Ireland with travel across EMEA. You will spend ~90% of your time on customer factory floors, guiding frontline teams through rapid 90-day transformations and cross-site deployments.

The role requires proven manufacturing leadership in CI/Lean or OpEx, with a track record of measurable productivity and OEE improvements, and the ability to engage with senior leaders while traveling 42+ weeks per

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on leadership in manufacturing with shop-floor experience.
• Proven Lean, Six Sigma, TPM or OpEx track record with measurable gains.
• Willingness to travel ~90% across EMEA and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on onsite deployments across multiple plants in 90-day transformation cycles.
• Coach operators, supervisors and plant leadership to adopt Lean behaviours and maximize platform value.
• Run Kaizen events and continuous improvement rituals based on Lean, Six Sigma, TPM and OpEx frameworks.
• Partner with plant leadership to challenge status quo and deliver measurable productivity and OEE gains.
• Build trusted relationships from production lines to senior leadership.
