Job summary

Splendid Hospitality Group - Restaurants is seeking an Area Coach for the Midlands. You will lead 6-8 restaurants, coach 200-400 team members and oversee £12m-£20m in sales, depending on density.

You’ll drive guest experience, raise operational standards and develop leaders across the area, building a culture that delivers consistent service and strong financial results.

This is a senior leadership role with significant scope to shape performance and guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• Senior multi-site operations leadership experience.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Willingness to travel across the area.

Responsibilities

• Lead on guest experience with friendly, efficient service.
• Develop and coach restaurant teams across the area.
• Analyze performance and drive profit growth and sales opportunities.
• Ensure Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations and build stakeholder partnerships.
