Job summary

Splendid Hospitality Group is seeking an Area Coach for the Midlands to lead 6–8 restaurants and a team of 200–400 colleagues. The role drives guest experience, operational standards and commercial performance across a multi-site portfolio in the Midlands region.

You will shape strategy, coach leaders, and ensure strong financial results while upholding Splendid values and community engagement. This is a senior, full-time position requiring travel and a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• At least 18 months’ multi-site management experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel across the area.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience across 6–8 restaurants with a focus on friendly, accurate service.
• Develop people capability and robust performance management.
• Drive profit plans and identify sales opportunities across the area.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and ensure health, safety and governance standards.
