Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Senior Operations Excellence Coach to lead a field-based team across the nationwide sites. You will coach and develop Operations Excellence Coaches, drive performance improvements and ensure adherence to brand standards while optimizing labour, waste and customer experience.

You will partner with Brand Leads and Operations to deliver measurable improvements and sustain best practices across all brands.

Qualifications

• Senior operations leader with a strong coaching style.
• Significant hospitality operations experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a geographically dispersed team.
• Strong knowledge of brand standards and customer experience drivers.
• Knows how operational standards influence commercial performance and staff training.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Operations Excellence Coaches.
• Set clear priorities and focus activity on high-opportunity areas.
• Support sites through visits, audits, and performance insights.
• Help site leaders improve standards, compliance, customer experience and commercial performance.
• Build strong relationships with Brand Leads and Operations leaders.
• Translate business priorities into clear actions for coaches and site teams.
• Use data and site feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead targeted improvement campaigns and track impact.
• Identify capability gaps and implement practical training solutions.
• Ensure learning and accreditation are embedded through coaching and follow-up.
• Provide clear, data-led reporting and actionable insight to senior stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate significant safety, compliance and operational risks.
