A local community charity in England is seeking a Family Support Worker to deliver the Here4YOUth Whole Family Programme, strengthening family resilience and supporting positive change for children and families. The role includes mentoring team members and engaging with those affected by substance use. Ideal candidates will have experience in community engagement and effective communication skills. Salary: £26,650-£32,600per annum
Hours: 35 hoursperweek, with one late evening and occasional weekends

Job Purpose:Support families affected by substance use by delivering a whole familyprogramme. You will help strengthen family resilience, improve communication, and support positive change for children, young people, and their families in Oxfordshire.
