A leading construction firm in Greater London is seeking an experienced Senior Façade Designer. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years in architectural or structural engineering and a strong proficiency in AutoCAD, with knowledge of Inventor and Revit being beneficial. Responsibilities include creating detailed façade, cladding, and flooring drawings, as well as conducting structural analysis. The role offers a salary between £50,000 and £70,000 and hybrid working options.

The company works closely with Tier 1 main contractors, delivering complex external envelope packages of up to £20m on flagship commercial, residential, cultural, heritage and high‑end residential schemes.
In addition to its specialist façade division, the business also operates a separate main contracting arm, strengthening its technical capability and enabling seamless coordination from early design through to project delivery. Known for precision craftsmanship, technical excellence and long‑standing client relationships, the company is regarded as one of the most trusted names in the UK façade sector.
The business is seeking a Senior Façade Designer to join its established technical team. The role involves producing cladding and flooring layouts, detailed drawings and manufacturing information using AutoCAD, Inventor and Revit. You will also support steel bracket and connection design, structural analysis, engineering calculations and the development of complete façade build‑ups.
Ideal candidates will have experience with stone, masonry, precast, faience, rainscreen and backing‑wall systems (LGSF or traditional masonry). Experience gained with a design‑and‑build façade contractor is highly desirable.
The position also includes attending site for surveys, participating in design meetings and liaising with main contractors, architects, engineers and specialist suppliers.
Salary: £50,000–£70,000 per year
