Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive PA or Senior PA supporting multiple senior leaders.
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle competing priorities and shifting demands.
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage complex diaries, meetings, travel, and communications for three Directors.
  • Prepare agendas, board papers, presentations, and reports to an executive standard.
  • Act as a key liaison between Finance, HR, Brand, and Operations teams.
  • Support group-wide initiatives including values programmes and brand campaigns.
