Principal Estimator – Construction

Location: Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester

Salary: £90,000 plus Car option and benefits

An exciting opportunity for a Principal Estimator to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor in the Birmingham area. As a major UK contractor my client has a diversified workload across different sectors such as Industrial, Commercial, Retail & more. Boasting a strong reputation for providing whole-life solutions, high standards of project delivery, and an ability to innovate.

My client enjoys a c£125 million turnover with their projects ranging from £10 Mil - £25 Mil covering a range of sectors including Industrial, Logistics, Commercial, Retail & more.

About The Role

As a Principal Estimator you will play an integral role in tendering work in the Midlands Region. Your focus is :

Creating and understanding specifications.

Building relationships with clients.

Pricing form data and proposing these to clients.

Completing a range of Churches from design through to the construction phase.

Reporting and working closely with the Director

About You

Experience presenting quotes and specifications to clients.

Understanding and creating specifications.

Experience working on New Build & similar projects.

Excellent Construction industry knowledge.

Minimum of 5 years' experience within Estimating.

Great technical knowledge.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Live in a commutable distance to Birmingham
