• Experience of managing staff and leading a team.

• Detailed knowledge of HTM requirements in relation to estate management.

• Ensure buildings are maintained in a safe condition.
• Effective internal and external communication on operational services.
• Collect and record quality data for performance reporting.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews for safety compliance.
