Responsibilities

• Lead a major ERP upgrade to the Cloud and work closely with the Change Manager to deliver this high-impact transformation, ensuring business processes and functionality are optimised.

• Proven track record delivering large-scale ERP projects
• Strong business focus with commercial awareness and understanding of operational processes
• Experience implementing PPM software (ideally PM3)
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to influence at all levels
• Desirable: experience in warehouse management systems (WMS), wholesale, or distribution sectors
• Blend of hands-on delivery, strategic leadership and business acumen
