Catch Resource Management are supporting a growing Anaplan Partner consultancy, searching for an experienced Senior EPM Consultant, to join their expanding professional services team. Recognised for delivering smart, forward-thinking EPM solutions, this organisation partners with global clients to implement technologies such as Anaplan Financial Consolidation and Reporting (FCR) and Anaplan Disclosure Management

This position offers the chance to work across the full lifecycle of enterprise-scale projects—from early-stage scoping and estimating through to hands-on delivery. You’ll collaborate with clients and colleagues to design and deploy high-impact financial planning and reporting tools, while also mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued development of internal capability.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong consulting background with a proven ability to lead complex EPM projects from planning through to delivery.
• Deep expertise in financial consolidation, reporting, and planning for enterprise clients, with 3+ years of hands-on EPM implementation experience.
• Practical knowledge of leading EPM tools such as Anaplan, SAP BPC, OneStream, or Oracle-Hyperion, and skilled across all phases of project delivery.
• Advanced Excel user with strong data handling, modelling, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget, along with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with BI and dashboarding tools (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Qlik), along with experience or background in project management, finance, accounting, or business planning.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of EPM projects, from pre-sales and scoping through to implementation and support.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Provide hands-on expertise in tools such as Anaplan FCR and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Mentor and support junior team members, including performance management and skills development.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and the ongoing growth of the consultancy’s capabilities.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
