Job summary

ARIS is seeking an Executive Value Advisor (EVA) to join ARIS in the UK and lead strategic advisory across our most complex global enterprise accounts. You will translate business priorities into governed process outcomes and help organizations mature from foundation to transform maturity stages, acting as the customer’s dedicated strategic advisor within the Success Package offering.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise software pre‑sales, solution consulting, or value engineering
• Ability to connect transformation initiatives to measurable financial/operational outcomes
• Experience defining operating models / CoE structures for scalable adoption
• Experience building and presenting value propositions and business cases
• Comfort engaging executive‑level stakeholders across business and IT
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HCM) and cross‑system processes
• Understanding of how AI/agentic AI reshapes process landscapes
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, CS, IS or equivalent; Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Lead value‑led advisory engagements translating strategy into measurable success plans
• Build trusted advisor relationships at senior/executive level and run executive reviews
• Guide customers from adoption to AI‑ready scale
• Define and communicate ROI through value hypotheses and storytelling
• Develop executive‑ready business cases securing funding and buy‑in
• Connect usage data to business outcomes for exec audiences
• Coach customer teams and coach ARIS internal stakeholders
• Represent ARIS as a thought leader in Process Intelligence (BPM, process mining, Agentic AI)
