About the Role

Join the growing North America Sales team at CAST, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue for our fastest-growing territory. We’re looking for a high-performing, consultative B2B sales professional to lead the adoption of CAST’s software intelligence platform across top-tier enterprise accounts.

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll run the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing and expanding strategic accounts. You’ll partner closely with senior technology leaders to help them gain deep insights into their software landscape and make more informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle for CAST in a greenfield territory, with a focus on new customer acquisition and exceeding new ARR quota.
  • Build and manage a strategic pipeline of top enterprise prospects.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and lead proof-of-concept efforts that tie technical value to business outcomes.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, including procurement and legal processes.
  • Engage C-level and senior technology leaders (e.g. CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering)
  • Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and professional services teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution and a premium customer experience.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a strong track record of closing new logos and expanding major accounts.
  • Proven ability to exceed quota and rank in the top tier of a sales organization.
  • Experience selling to technology departments (e.g. Engineering, DevOps, Security) with a focus on technical value and business impact.
  • Skilled in engaging and influencing C-level decision-makers and managing complex sales processes.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and credibly.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Bonus: Experience closing deals >$100k ARR and working in domains such as software intelligence, cloud migration, legacy modernization, technical debt, or open-source risk.
