A leading defence contractor in the UK is seeking a qualified engineer to support the submarine build programme. You will collaborate with Engineering Managers to develop systems, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage stakeholder relationships. This team sits within SSNA, contributing to the development of deployable assets for the future attack nuclear submarine. The team tackles global challenges and delivers design solutions by collaborating closely with customers and suppliers. As the AUKUS Submarine programme progresses, SSNA is evolving into a truly global platform including development of novel technology. With designs advancing and orders for long‑lead items being placed, this is a pivotal time to make an impact.
