Qualifications

• Experience operating at senior engineering level or significant background in engineering.
• Previous experience within residential development or a consultancy environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate engineering information between internal teams and external consultants.
• Review engineering drawings and details for accuracy and suitability.
• Oversee applications for statutory approvals.
• Carry out site visits to resolve technical issues.
• Secure technical approvals for agreements.
