Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' PQE in Employment Law.
• Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Previous mentoring or supervision experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advise on employment law issues including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Manage Employment Tribunal claims and negotiate settlement agreements.
• Draft and review contracts of employment and employment policies.
• Deliver training on employment law updates.
• Assist in supervising junior lawyers.
