Qualifications

• Previous experience managing estimating projects in construction industry.
• Experience of tendering projects in Petro chemical, nuclear, or regulated environments.
• Ability to lead and manage workload within assigned teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage estimating resources and workloads within bid teams.
• Prepare accurate costing sheets for projects based on design reviews.
• Mentor Estimators and bid teams with technical and commercial advice.

Skills

Detailed knowledge of electrical services including HV/LV & instrumentation

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in IT, numeracy and MS Office Basic & Estimating Systems

Education

Membership of a relevant professional body (RICS/CIOB/RIBA/ICE/CIBSE)
