GM Performance Power Units is looking for a lead engineer to optimize MGU e-motor components for the Formula 1 grid. You'll oversee cross-disciplinary teams to ensure integration and high-performance testing, ensuring race reliability while pushing boundaries in innovative automotive engineering.

Formación

• 8+ years in high-speed electric motors, motorsport ERS, or hybrid powertrains.
• Master's/PhD with 5+ years preferred.
• Hands-on motorsport prototyping and track-side support.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-disciplinary teams to integrate and optimize the MGU.
• Oversee prototype development and dynamometer testing programs.
• Direct design reviews and ensure compliance with FIA F1 regulations.
