Qualifications

• 8+ years in high-speed electric motors, motorsport ERS, or hybrid powertrains.
• Proven rotor-stator integration and high-speed dynamics experience.
• Knowledge of FIA F1 power unit regulations and advanced electromagnetic materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-disciplinary teams to optimize the MGU within the hybrid powertrain.
• Oversee prototype development and testing programs.
• Drive research into next-gen materials for high-quality e-motor production.
