Qualifications

• 8+ years in high-speed electric motors, motorsport ERS, or hybrid powertrains.
• Expertise in rotor-stator integration, high-speed dynamics.
• Knowledge of advanced electromagnetic materials and high-precision manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-disciplinary teams to optimize MGU within hybrid powertrain.
• Oversee prototype development and dynamometer testing programs.
