Qualifications

• 8+ years in high-speed electric motors, motorsport ERS, or hybrid powertrains.
• Expertise in rotor-stator integration and high-speed dynamics.
• Hands-on motorsport prototyping and dynamometer testing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-disciplinary teams to integrate and optimize the MGU.
• Oversee prototype development and testing programs.
• Direct design reviews and compliance with FIA F1 regulations.
