We're hiring a Senior Ecologist to support ecological mitigation and monitoring across a major infrastructure programme in the West Midlands. This is a site-based role in Birmingham, ideal for someone with strong project management skills and deep ecological expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor species and habitat mitigation
  • Drive adaptive management to ensure favourable conservation outcomes
  • Liaise with stakeholders including Natural England on licensing and compliance

What We're Looking For:
