GM Performance Power Units in the United Kingdom seeks a senior engineer to lead cross-disciplinary teams for integrating and optimizing the MGU within a hybrid powertrain. You will oversee prototype development, testing programs, and data-driven iterations to deliver race-ready solutions.

The role requires mastery of CAD/CAE, PLM systems, and knowledge of FIA F1 regulations, with a track record in high-speed electric motors or hybrid powertrains.

Qualifications

• Must have strong cross-functional leadership and engineering optimization experience.
• Experience with high-speed electric motors and motorsport environments is preferred.
• FIA F1 power unit regulations knowledge is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-disciplinary teams to integrate and optimize the MGU in the hybrid powertrain.
