Job summary

O'Neill is seeking a competent Document Controller to oversee project documentation across EDMS platforms such as 4Projects and Aconex. You will coordinate submissions, reviews, and approvals with subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring version control and timely delivery.

In a fast-paced major project, you will manage workflows, maintain compliance with project protocols and contractual obligations, and support programme delivery through accurate record keeping and proactive action chasing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with main contractors or developers in live environments.
• Experience using multiple EDMS platforms (e.g., 4Projects, Aconex) and coordinating with subcontractors.
• Ability to manage document submissions, reviews, and approvals in line with project requirements.
• Maintain version control and ensure compliance with project protocols and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Control and coordinate project documentation across multiple EDMS platforms.
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to manage submissions, reviews, and approvals.
• Track document workflows and transmittals, proactively chasing outstanding actions to support programme delivery.
