Zusammenfassung

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Document Controller to support the migration between two EDMS systems and oversee document management across EPC contractors, licensors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of metadata-driven workflows, and experience with EDMS tools such as Octave InConcert Core, Aconex or PIMS. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of owner-side experience with Octave InConcert Core (formerly Hexagon SDx) or 2 years EPC-side experience.
• 7+ years’ experience as a Document Controller supporting EPC contractor or Owner/Operator.
• Understanding of metadata driven workflows.
• Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (Aconex or PIMS preferred).

Aufgaben

• Process and manage all aspects of project documentation using EDMS and other document management tools.
• Ensure documentation aligns with project requirements and contractual agreements.
• Support integration of document control processes between Contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on document management work processes to project and functional stakeholders.
• Support Document Control planning for Site and functional requirements, including Field Document Control processes and procedures.
• Ensure accuracy and timely progression of documentation through workflow processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve document management workflows across stakeholder interfaces.
