Job summary

O'Neill and Brennan is seeking a highly motivated Document Controller to join a major Hampshire project on a freelance basis. Based on site for five days a week, you will manage documentation in a fast-paced environment on a £100m+ refurbishment and new build.

Immediate start with contract and temp-to-perm potential. You will coordinate document control across multiple EDMS platforms (4projects, Aconex or similar), supervise submissions, reviews and approvals, and ensure timely issue in line

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience with main contractors or developers on live projects.
• Experience using multiple EDMS platforms.
• Able to collaborate with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Strong understanding of project documentation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation across EDMS platforms.
• Liaise with subcontractors and consultants for submissions and approvals.
• Track workflows and transmittals to support programme delivery.
• Ensure compliance with project protocols and standards.
