Job summary

O'Neill & Brennan are seeking a skilled Document Controller to join a high-profile Hampshire project on a freelance contract. The role requires at least 5 years’ experience with main contractors or developers, expert knowledge of EDMS (4projects, Aconex or similar), and proven ability to coordinate documentation across multiple teams on a live site.

You will ensure version control, timely submissions and approvals, and work closely with subcontractors and consultants to meet programme

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience with main contractors or developers on live projects.
• Experience using multiple EDMS platforms (e.g., 4projects, Aconex).
• Ability to coordinate documentation across subcontractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Control and coordinate project documentation across multiple EDMS platforms (including 4projects, Aconex or similar).
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams for submissions, reviews and approvals.
• Track workflows and transmittals to support programme delivery.
• Ensure document control processes comply with project protocols and company standards.
