Job summary

O'Neill & Brennan are seeking a skilled Document Controller to join a high-profile Hampshire project on a freelance contract. The role requires at least 5 years’ experience with main contractors or developers, expert knowledge of EDMS (4projects, Aconex or similar), and proven ability to coordinate documentation across multiple teams on a live site.

You will ensure version control, timely submissions and approvals, and work closely with subcontractors and consultants to meet programme

Document Controller | Hampshire | Freelance

This leading Tier 1 contractor has an immediate requirement for a Document Controller to work on a contract on a major project in Hampshire.

Being a very busy major project, you will asDocumentControllerneed to have experienced the high paced environment of a large project team.

Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working with main contractors or developers in live environments, who also has experience of using multiple EDMS' and working closely with various subcontractors.

The project is at a critical stage of construction and you will have to call on your experience to step into this demanding environment.
