A leading construction and infrastructure firm is seeking a Senior Document Controller in Glasgow to oversee document management for major civils projects. The successful candidate will establish document control processes, ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards, and provide training to project teams. We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Document Controller to join our UKCS Scotland team, supporting major West of Scotland civils and infrastructure projects. In this role, you’ll take the lead on establishing robust document control processes, ensuring project teams, subcontractors, and clients operate in line with ISO 19650 information management standards.
You’ll serve as a subject matter expert, supporting the wider project team on CDE systems, workflows, compliance, and best practice. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate, timely, and secure information management across the entire project lifecycle.
