Job summary

the company is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the deployment architecture and drive platform maturity. You will be embedded with engineering teams, optimizing day-to-day delivery on our on-premise estate while steering the Kubernetes platform rollout for scalable workloads.

You will own CI/CD pipelines, guardrails, and migration strategies, delivering value with autonomy and pragmatism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a people-first culture.
• Advanced Ansible skills: roles, inventories, vault, idempotency.
• Production experience with Docker and Docker Compose.
• Solid networking fundamentals knowledge.
• Scripting proficiency in Bash and Python.
• Experience with GitOps tooling: ArgoCD or Flux.
• Familiarity with observability stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager.
• Security-conscious, pragmatic approach to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment guardrails to enable safe fast delivery.
• Shape and roll out our Kubernetes platform across teams.
• Collaborate with TechOps to design self-service workflows and standards.
• Create runbooks, templates, and developer self-service docs.
• Maintain clear deployment documentation and platform runbooks.
