Job summary

The company is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead deployment architecture and Kubernetes platform modernization. You’ll own CI/CD pipelines, guardrails, and migration strategies, enabling fast, safe delivery of features to production with autonomy within engineering teams.

You will operate across on-premise estate, collaborating with TechOps to shape self-service workflows, RBAC, and standardised configurations while ensuring platform stability and security in a busy, real-world

Qualifications

• Proven experience deploying and managing CI/CD pipelines in production.
• Expertise with Ansible including roles and inventories.
• Experience with Kubernetes platform design and migration.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python.
• Familiarity with GitOps tooling (ArgoCD/Flux) and observability stacks.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Kubernetes-based deployments.
• Collaborate with TechOps to define guardrails and standard configurations.
• Migrate workloads to Kubernetes in phased approach.
• Develop self-service runbooks and deployment templates.
• Provide platform stability and incident response leadership.
