Senior DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join a forward‑thinking software company working at the cutting edge of AI‑driven solutions. This is a high‑impact, individual contributor role where you will take ownership of assessing infrastructure, identifying improvements, scoping large‑scale projects, and driving these through to implementation.

Location

Hybrid: London or Cambridge office 3 days a week (occasional travel between offices may be required)

Salary

Negotiable annual salary + excellent benefits

Requirements

• Extensive experience working in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability roles
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Karpenter, Prometheus, and Terraform
• Strong preference for an excellent academic background (i.e. 2.1 or 1st class degree, AAB+ at A Level, etc.)
• Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end infrastructure projects from design to implementation
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to present proposals and solutions to senior leadership
• Self‑starter who thrives in an individual contributor position
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies

Desirable Experience

• Cilium or similar service mesh
• Flux (or Argo as an alternative)
• Ansible
