Senior Design Manager

Location: Manchester

Salary: £70,000 - 80,000 per annum + car/allowance

The Opportunity

One of the region's established main contractors has a need for an experienced Senior Design Manager to join the team. This role will allow you to pick up the project early in the design phase, with the employer being a big fan of allowing a Design Manager to take the project from cradle to grave. The initial plan is to deliver a large construction build, approximately £50M. You will be leading the relationship and pre-construction for further projects. There is a good challenge on this site to keep within regulations and provide design solutions for the build.
