• Experience in retail or wholesale energy with deep knowledge of market dynamics.
• Proven track record in statistical modelling and forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with pricing models and demand forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer interaction and service data to identify drivers of contact.
• Develop and maintain predictive models for customer contact volumes.
• Build propensity-to-contact models for proactive interventions.
• Design and evaluate customer experience interventions using A/B testing.
• Segment customers based on behavioral patterns.
