Overview

As a Senior Data Centre and Network Operations Technician, you will manage, install, and maintain network infrastructure and shared data centre facilities, including switches, routers, and fibre optic cabling systems. You will act as a key point of contact for network issues, providing timely support and clear communication to users with varying levels of technical expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with other network team members to plan and execute projects with minimal disruption, while staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve the University's network services.
