Job Overview

Senior Radiographer – Tunbridge Wells, Radiology – Full Time, Permanent Contract. Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience, 37.5 hours per week. This role is within Nuffield Health, Britain's largest Healthcare Charity, with state‑of‑the‑art equipment and a focus on high quality care.

Main Duties
  • See each patient as an individual, offering understanding and empathy.
  • Deliver a high‑quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload – in the department, on the ward and in theatre.
  • Work with leading practitioners and cutting‑edge practices, equipment and facilities.
  • Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and develop junior colleagues.
  • Ensure a service of the highest quality is delivered with sensitivity and compassion.

Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells Hospital is recognised for its friendly atmosphere, clinical expertise and high standards of care. The purpose‑built hospital, established in 1968, offers 40 en‑suite bedrooms, busy outpatient and pre‑assessment departments, and a wide range of diagnostics including MRI, CT, ultrasound, mammography and X‑ray. The imaging department operates a 1.5T Philips Ingenia wide‑bore MRI scanner and an Aquilion Prime CT scanner, alongside general X‑ray, fluoroscopy and theatre services.
