Could you be what we’re looking for?
The Senior Creative owns the creative direction and visual output of the brand across every touchpoint. Digital, physical, internal, and experiential. This role is the final gatekeeper of brand quality, ensuring all content meets defined standards and expresses the brand consistently at a global level.
The Role
This is a hands-on senior role that connects strategy, design, and real-world execution. You will actively create work yourself while leading creative standards, ensuring the brand is not just seen, but experienced, with clarity, consistency, and impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Actively design and produce
content, this is a hands-on role.
- Create high-quality assets
across digital, print, video, and motion, leading by example in craft and
execution.
- Personally deliver key brand
moments, campaigns, and flagship assets where the detail and quality
matter most.
- Own and lead creative direction
across the business.
- Drive creative innovation within
brand constraints, pushing originality without compromising brand equity.
- Act as final sign-off for all
visual, creative, and brand output — internal and external.
- Lead the creation of campaign visuals
across websites, brochures (e.g. Christmas brochures), pitch decks, internal
documents, and marketing collateral.
- Lead creative for new site launches,
including hoardings, landing pages, uniforms, on-site branding, and branded
merchandise.
- Ensure all brand touchpoints across
the estate feel cohesive, intentional, and premium.
- Direct photoshoots and oversee
pre-production, including creative briefs, shot lists, and visual direction.
- Lead video and motion output,
ensuring consistency with brand tone and campaign objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of
different audiences and adapt creative effectively without fragmenting the
brand.
- Anticipate shifts in consumer
behavior and habits, staying ahead rather than reacting to trends.
To be a success with Lane7, you’ll have the below:
Essential Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a
creative agency or fast-paced design studio.
- Proven delivery of high-quality
creative projects.
- A strong, versatile portfolio
spanning brand, campaigns, and experiential design.
- Clear strategic thinking with the
ability to articulate strong design rationale.
- Ability to adapt creative across
multiple audiences while maintaining brand integrity.
- Attention to detail, and a
collaborative mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe
Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience using AI tools (e.g.
Midjourney, DALL·E, GPT) to accelerate ideation and production at scale,
without compromising creative quality.
- Strong working knowledge of creating
and editing video and motion content.
- Confidence
working across multiple formats simultaneously with the ability to flex
priorities when required.

- 3D tools (e.g. Blender, Cinema 4D)
- Illustration (digital or hand-drawn)

- Salary range between £45,000 - £60,000 (Depending on experience with Senior creative agency role)
