Job description

Overview

The Liquids, Dry Products & Gas Marketing section will be required to support all corporate entities conducting Liquids, Dry Products & Gas Marketing Activities and will also be required to support the LCV division on projects that it is developing and managing, to the extent those projects involve marketing of liquids, dry products & gas products.

Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills / Experience

• JD/LLB (or equivalent) degree at a recognized university.
• At least ten years’ experience in private practice or in-house, a substantial amount of which is in relation to Liquids, Dry Products & Gas Marketing Activities.
• Strong legal (including drafting) skills.
• Experience of dealing with regulators and government representatives.
• Ability to assimilate complex legal matters and to provide practical advice to non lawyers.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English. Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player. Highly motivated, proactive, organized, and self-disciplined.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 suite of applications.
