Responsibilities include keeping the Corporate team updated on legal developments, drafting standard forms, and helping improve efficiency through legal tech and AI. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in corporate law and strong communication skills. The role offers flexible working options of three to five days a week.

Qualifications

• Experienced Corporate lawyer in a senior knowledge role or senior fee-earner.
• Experience in private M&A and ideally other areas like private equity.
• Interest in training, legal technology, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Keep the Corporate team updated on significant legal developments.
• Draft and update standard forms and precedents.
• Participate in process improvement projects.
