Qualifications

  • Regulated legal professional preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of conveyancing experience with at least 5 years PQE.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Compliance Team.
  • Ensure effective investigation and reporting of complaints.
  • Identify risk areas and implement controls.
  • Deliver workshops and provide ongoing technical advice.
  • Act as Deputy MLRO and serve as Data Protection Officer.
  • Engage with stakeholders and manage relationships with third-party providers.
