Overview

Great opportunity for an experienced Senior Conveyancer to join our dynamic team. We are offering the opportunity for the candidate to work from home 1 day a week, and attend on-site 4 days a week. Flexible working times are offered, the selected candidate will be offered a reduced working day from 10am-4pm on the days they are working on-site. We will also be offering 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. The office has excellent transport links; we are located 5 minutes from the main M60 motorway and 2 minutes from Bolton Train Station. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Conveyancer. The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of both residential & commercial conveyancing processes, ensuring smooth transactions for our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, time management abilities, and a high level of organisational proficiency to manage multiple cases efficiently.

Experience

• 4 years PQE minimum.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in an understandable manner.
• Conveyancing: 3 years (required)
