Qualifications

• 3-6 years' PQE in contentious construction from a recognised real estate or construction practice.
• Solid experience of construction litigation, adjudication, and arbitration.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• A commercial approach and confidence in dealing with clients directly.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on contentious construction matters.
• Manage complex, high-value disputes.
• Provide strategic pre-dispute advice to avoid escalation.
• Work on adjudication, arbitration, and mediation.
• Represent clients in Technology and Construction Court (TCC) proceedings.
