• Strong background in commercial management within construction or a related industry.

• Knowledge of CIS and experience using financial systems is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the submission of all contract claims, valuations and sales invoices.
• Review contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance and minimise commercial risk.
• Oversee costing and accounting systems, ensuring accurate sales invoicing.
• Analyse cash flow and ensure project costs are updated accurately and promptly.
• Produce monthly Work in Progress (WIP) and Debtors reports for senior finance leadership.
