Job summary

Qualifications

• Evidence of continued professional development.
• Demonstrate competency in mental health and / or substantial experience in assessing rehabilitation.
• Ability to supervise and manage junior members of staff.

Responsibilities

• Hold a caseload and act as Care Coordinator.
• Deliver rehabilitation focused services for service users.
• Provide intensive community rehabilitation support.

Professional Qualification in relation to Adult Mental Health/Educated to degree level
